Hi guys, recently i bought the Legendary cloak for 3500 conquest points, and in duels its really epic and a menace to other players, but i saw that the effect or rather the stats of cloak decrease in Bgs, i managed to level it up to 4/4 and in world pvp (duels) it has about 1000 per stat, but in bgs around 560 each

is this a bug or i am just being silly

Pve items is scaling to 540 lvl,when you enter bg or arenas.Same as it was on retail.

While you're inside arena or BG stats in PvE items are getting decreased it's normal don't worry.

kucerovic, some of them are bugged. But on arenas they are still like 540 ilvl.

Stats are scaled down from PvE items overall, even with trinkets yes.

 

PvE items only work as they should, in Raids and in World PvP / Duels, there the items wont be scaled down.

 

But when it comes to a legendary cloak, the effect which gives you "The proc" Wont be triggered in PvP.
