So, I'm kind of confused by this:

 

- To get reward and confession of held bracket, the player that ranked 36th place should have rating not less then 2400 in 2v2 and not less then 2000 in 3v3. In another case, a reward will not be issued.

 

Some people are telling me in order to be eligible for the rank 1 title from 2s you must also have 2,000 rating in 3s at the same time as rank 1 in 2s and others are telling me you don't need this

 

And vice versa too, you'll need 2.4k CR in 2s at the same time as rank 1 in 3s in order to be eligible for your title from 3s? I'd really like a GM to post here and answer this once and for all, is rating in both brackets at the same time necessary?

You will get titles for r1 in 2s even if you didn't played 3s aswell.

You should've, and still should make it so that you have to have 2k in 3s - that way it would make the title a little more legit and increase queues.
