Regardless if you use Parry gem it is still Parry gem (Which gives you parry chance)

 

Either gem it with something useless from tbc raid or from wotlk raids where you get +3 agility or just buy an new item.

 

And yes, you do gain benefit because you are placing 2 gems instead of 1 (Still getting the parry which you shouldn't be)

Regardless, it is still an abuse and you have 2 sockets meanwhile you shouldn't.

 

Buy a new wrist and use only 1 gem as you should.
