Yea sure xD so you could spam fel flame 33times without going oom and even longer cause of the mana reg itself ..... Even if mana cost are not correct it does not matter.

that's true but not for Destruction spec. They have a passive ability that increases mana cost of most of their skills by 300%. Also, their mana regeneration is super fast which compensates. I can't give you a link to the skill that has this hidden effect but it's the same one that improves your mana regeneration by 600% or something (passive, green icon).

 

tl;dr; Destro locks are like rogues but with higher regen. This is retail like. Not a bug.

yes, that's the one. It has a few hidden effects that are not described in the tooltip, one of which is to increase mana cost of damaging spells. I can't give you a link since it's deleted in wowhead.

Effect 3 - reduces the global CD by half a sec after casting one of the modified spells

Should cost 3% of 300k mana x300%, (300.000x3 /100 = 9.000 -> 9.000x300 /100 = 27.000 mana cost should be

it should be 9000 + 9000 * 3 = 36000

if you add 300% to something, it gets 4 times as big

if it was 100% increase it would have been 9000 + 9000 * 1 = 18000 :')
