Banned For No Reason !!! What should i doo !! pleaaaase !

Guys Please Help i Laagged So Hard using the Mount in the air and then i thought my player was bugged in the air so i unmount it and got stuck in the Air and then i lost connection to the server ,

After that i tried Logging in , it kept Disconnecting

Then i found my self banned for Fly Hack . and i swear i never used any hacks and my account is 3 years old

What should i do please help !!!
