I hope pandawow goes over to more drastic measures for people like him like deleting chars and so on. IP banning won't have any effect for scum like him sadly. I don't even bother to find out what they are doing but everyone who plays with DDos/wintrade scum /bye ^^ Just be aware that he has probably a shitton of characters and wants to have fun with scamming people or whatever.
