2. On our server all those buffs stack additively.

http://prnt.sc/cjqc98 - with http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=51470 we have 16.29 % haste, 11.29 + 5 = 16.29 % haste

3. Should stack multiplicatively. So, with my stats we should get: 1.1129 * 1.05 = 1.1685 or 16.85 % haste.

Fixed, will be applied. Now all haste auras will be scalling blizzlike.
