Try to have deleted itemtextcache.wdb everytime you log-in maybe this is causing disconnects.

 

Cache>WDB>enGB>itemtextcache.wdb and delete it

 

Tell me if it worked

ok i'll check it, but i use to delete chache direcly after some days, its not the same?

In your case it's better to delete only itemtextcache.wdb instead of whole cache folder. Remember it's important to delete itemtextcache.wdb everytime you're log-in game but of course once in a while it's good to delete cache from your wow directory (when administration implementing fixes)

so every time i go in game i must delete itemtextcache.wdb?

Exactly try this for a couple of days to see if thats the issue or not
