Is Cross Realm Bugged?

So I was looking at the first 2 pages of 3vs3 arena, and just started wondering if Cross Realm is bugged cause I never seen any of all the x100 players queue arena before.. :/

 

Go look at the first two pages @ all the players from x100, and see if you have ever seen their name before in arena lol :mocking:
