Mage: PoM bug

Issue: When you use PoM with Ring of Frost, then you spellsteal another Mage's Presence of Mind right after you used Ring of Frost, you don't get the buff. It gets removed instantly, it's like a dispel only

 

You will need to wait for the Ring of Frost to fade to be able to spellsteal it, otherwise it will only purge it.

 

What should happen: Should still have the buff regardless if Ring of Frost is active or not
