Lost my monk in character sell

Hello, and sorry for my bad english. In april/may of 2015 i put my monk on character sell, but the time has passed and she has gone from the character store, and I didn't recieve any bonus, and I lost the character. I have checked the deleted character list, and she isn't in there.
