Is there a portal to Dalaran from Stormwind??

There seems to be a portal to every every city from Stormwind except Dalaran.

 

There is a dalaran portal in the Trade District between the AH and Bank but it doesn't work when I right click it.

 

Is there any other portal? I plan on running the Wotlk raids for tmog seems to be a pain using the boat and flying from the harbor all the way to the far end of Northrend every time!
