I'd definitely take it off of Smoke Bomb & Redirect.

i would add 1s to GCD for monk heal orbs, so they won't spam them 24/7..

Hunder's pet healing / scatter / kick

Dk's abilities used by runes(w/e u say it anyway cannot be used more than 1 per 7-8sec and does not so much damage to do oneshot)

priest 's dispell(not purge)

Rogue's Finishers.

i suppose it is maximum that i would be able to remove gcd or make it on another gcd.

i'd want bomb off GCD cause it's just dumb annoying tbh and that would actually be a bit broken, but w/e
