My dk have it, but not my pala or either my lock, hunters seem to not have it (not learned) also so idk

Pujo, why do you even need to ask? DKs, Warriors, and Palas are Plate Specialization, obviously. Hunters and Shamans are Mail Specialization. And freaking Warlocks are freaking Cloth Specialization just like Mages and Priests. And don't even bother about Druids, Monks, and Rogues as they're all Leather Specialization. Just equip a 496 Mail item, look at your agility.

Then replace this 496 Mail item with a leather item that has the same amount of agility on it, then you will see that you have more agility with the mail one.
