Conversion

Conversion keeps burning runic power when the dk get under some cc effects (Fear effects, for example, idk which ones more), but it don't heal.

Conversion should keep burning runic power and healing while under cc, not just burning runic power.

Before this the conversion buff was disapearing, now it keeps burning runic power, but it don't heals, so they fixed the runic power part and the fact that the Conversion buff don't disapear while under cc.
