True that, the spell cost i said its wrong, should be 27k mana cost (9.000 x 3)

So 9.000x3 = 27.000 mana cost, not 34k mana

 

Just read the links, its 3% mana cost, no where says 6% in wow databases, idk what is this russian report but its 3% mana cost as u can see in wowhead, and 300% mana cost increase from Chaotic energy.

You forgot about hotfix for +100% mana cost http://wow.gamepedia.com/Fel_Flame

Hotfix (2013-09-12): "Fel Flame's mana cost has been increased by 100%."

So, it should cost 6% in affli/demo and 24% in destro (6 + 300% = 24% or 72k)
