Doubt about Indisponible itens

i've seen a feel players with exotic indisponible itens used for xmog in game,but i've search a while,and these itens is not on the Item Shop in the site,and is ungetable in-game,how they get it, examples:pt.db.pandawow.me?item=3934/deprecated-warden-blade

and have more of these,like a Deprecated with a Red Light,insanely beautyfull,but i don't know how to get they,can some one explain it to me?;):confused:

They buy the items from the website via the shop for bonuses in this case the items you stated as an example cost ( 50 )
