Requesting GM to supervise certain known hackers?

I have been runing into alot of TP hackers, and 90% of them are rogues. i know it's hard to prove that they're doing it, so are we able to give the GM's their names and the GM's watch them? If so i have 3 names, and if you actually take 15 mins out of your time and look at them you would catch them pretty quick.

 

The main rogue that has been doing this for the past 2 months, his name is Leroygankinz / Leroyishere

 

The others i would have to run into them ingame, because they have alt codes D:

 

But yea if someone can tell me some of the ways to catch rogues, or if this is the only way. Please let me know.

Record them and upload to youtube, not rly hard, just keep fraps recording in gurubashi and record all those guru heroes tp hacking around.
