Mass Dispel & Ice Block

Issue:

 

* If you max range and use Ice Block, Mass Dispel doesn't remove Ice Block (https://gyazo.com/c3aa8eda0512acb67a0586faa3a683d4)

 

 

What should happen:

 

* Should always dispel Ice Block no matter what (as long as you have Glyph of Mass Dispel)
