Missing Purchased Items

I just purchased the offhand and main-hand Warglaives of Azzinoth from the PandaWoW shop, but did not receive my Off-Hand. I logged on and it said I didn't have enough bag space, even though I did. I'd really like the item I paid money for.

I just purchased the offhand and main-hand Warglaives of Azzinoth from the PandaWoW shop, but did not receive my Off-Hand. I logged on and it said I didn't have enough bag space, even though I did. I'd really like the item I paid money for.

 

I will add this for any further information.

 

Character name that was supposed to receive item: Warbound

Realm: Obviously PandaWoW x100

Date: 12/13/2016

Item Missing: Off-Hand Warglaive of Azzinoth.

 

Here is a screenshot of what it tells me everytime I log on the game. The one I have in my bags is the Main Hand. I also bought the offhand right after, which I didn't receive.

Here is also proof that the Main Hand was in my bags, and not my Off-Hand that is missing.
