Somebody help me, I've re-downloaded the WTF file thousands of times and I still have that problem

Have you checked your Config?

 

Does it say,

 

SET locale "enUS"

SET installLocale "enUS"

SET realmlist "logon.pandawow.ru"

 

If it does then just close your game and re-do it few times (the login), it should work.

Ay fam all he gotta do is delete his config, re download a new config and he is boom to go happens all time to me just keep trying different downloads.

Well, he said that he has re-downloaded the WTF folder,

Well this issue rarely ever happens to me, and when it does i just re-open my game or wait up to 2-5 minutes, and i can log in again.
