2/3. The WW-monk Mastery should effect this spell aswell. Lets say you have 40% mastery. Every time you spend 4 chi you can get an extra Tigereye brew stack with a 40% chance. And from this Extra stack you

get 5 stacks from 4 chi.

6. Priority: 10 - Because: This is very gamebreaking. You just have a so long ramp up time it's insane. You miss out like 50% of the total dmg to say the least. It's no wonder that only warriors and mages are in the ladder and no ww monks. And i personally think its because expertise bug and this one. So i would really recommend a fast fix for this

WW monks have a passive that they gain 1 stack for every 4 chi they use. THIS WORKS BUT

This should be affected by the mastery aswell. You should have a chance that you get 2 or more stacks for example.

pls fix this because this it what makes ww so weak and take forever to ramp up.

on retail you almost always had 10 stacks to mage a combo.
