Cloack and Dagger in Shadow Dance not working

When you use Shadow Dance with Cloack and Dagger it wont charge the player , it says out of range. So basicly you have to be in melee range for your spells to work , im 2lazy for big ss vid explaination of this make it like it was before..

Shadow dance enables you to use stealth abilities, but doesn't make you go stealth.

It shouldn't work in Shadow Dance. Was a reason for why it got hot-fixed.
