podara33
Spell : http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=34615/mind-numbing-poison , http://wow.gamepedia.com/Shiv Issue : When you use shiv on a player affected by Mind-numbing Poison it does nothing What should happen : It should increase the casting time of their next spell by 100% as the tooltip says and it should only work for 1 cast, not for the whole 8 sec duration! Dispel it or finish the cast = should be removed. Proof : On Pandawow : Without the poison -> Ring of frost has a 1.73 sec cast With the poison -> Ring of frost has a 1.9 sec cast (10% without shiv as the tooltip of Mind-numbing poison says) With Shiv -> still 1.9 sec (10% increase instead of 100%) https://gyazo.com/fe3583458c4ac0c43070c0f806c77c2b On retail : At 23:15 he uses shiv . Watch the Ring of frost cast time . Yea its a 100% increase. https://gyazo.com/b7e07925e809a22d1dfbf9eb8aa77ae1 Realm : Fun , Cross Priority : 8/10 Basic poison for rogues that was used all the time in retail . And here on pwow is completely worthless without the shiv effect. PS : Should be ONLY a 100% increase when you use SHIV , for the next cast for the next 8 seconds . Props to Tallaque for this rare footage Edited December 22, 2016 by podara33 1 Link to comment

Repitchx
Actually thought it was max 25-50% with Shiv, guess I was wrong. I remember this worked fine before, but people said it shouldn't work like that. I can see why though. PS: If you fix this Heisenberg, know that it should only work for 1 cast, not for the whole 10 sec duration! Dispel it or finish the cast = should be removed. Link to comment

I read almost every forum on the web and basically it used to be 50% for NPCs and 25% for players and they nerfed the 25% down to 10% back at 5.4 and that actually works here fine. The shiv effect though was always a 100% on players and I cant find proof that it was patched . So it remained as a 100% reduction until wod where they removed the poison completely . https://gyazo.com/b7e07925e809a22d1dfbf9eb8aa77ae1 Link to comment

Repitchx
What about it? http://i.imgur.com/RriAWfu.png http://wow.gamepedia.com/Mind-numbing_Poison that is mind numbing poison itself. this bug report is with shiv effect. If you use Shiv, it should put up a new debuff (Mind Numbing) and it should increase the cast by 100% till you finish a cast or 8 seconds expire 1 Link to comment

Repitchx
fixed You fixed the part where it applies the debuff, but it doesn't do anything. It should increase the cast time by your next spell by 100% Link to comment
