disarm for trap

1.disarms for hunter doesn't disable trap usage

2.if you disarm hunter,he can use trap

3.when hunter is disarmed,he shouldn't be able to use it

When u disarm a hunter, he cant use trap on range, but i can place it. Theres nothing bugged

then why i disarmed hunter in bg and he used disengage + scatter freeze trap?how that happened?
