MC Proc [Re Issue]

Name of the spell: MC Proc (I can't spell the full name, or I get rekt by autocorrect. 'dem rhymes yo).

Issue with the spell: Every 5th stack you use malfunctions for some reason and has extended cast time. If you have 7 procs, and you're using 2nd one for example, and if u get another proc in the meanwhile, your 6th stack will malfunction instead of 5th one.

 

How it should be: It should always be 50% reduced cast time, 50% less mana, regardless of stacks.

Date when tested: 22.12.2016.

 

Priority: 3/10 Not a big deal, because the major issue was already fixed and I'm grateful for it. Besides, demo warlocks dont even spent that much time casting Soul Fire 'nor PvP, or PvE.
