Apachencha Posted December 25, 2016 Posted December 25, 2016 Hello, I would like to report a problem that I had and would like a refund of credits regarding the page I bought a set of objects for 200 credits, the name of the set is "Магматические латы" which in English means "Magma Plated Battlearmor". The thing is that when I enter the game, I find that they gave me the blue set (that set I had it for a long time ...) which I expected to be given the red as described by the product, I investigated in wowhead and such And I assumed that I would have to have the red set ... I hope you help me with this, I really feel quite frustrated and disappointed about it. And sorry for my writing in English, I'm Spanish.

Can i get my bonuses back or exchange to other color?] - We don't refund bonuses if you don't like it anymore. You should check item, its model and color before purchasing - use link in control panel. Be careful next time and make a research at wowhead or ask staff.
