Wintergrasp faction change?

Heya all!

 

I wanna ask a question, since Wintergrasp battle is unavailable.

This might resonate better with olders players.

 

I remember sometime ago alliance owned the base of the instance in wintergrasp and now horde does since months. What is the criteria of owning the base as a faction in there since the battle isnt available?

 

As an argument why i ask this, there is a special quartermaster vendor with kinda unique mogs for each faction. Since horde has sit in the base for months, alli cant access those mogs since there is no alli quartermaster. So... how can factions switch up regularly?

If you have been aware that horde have been control of wintergrasp for months, then it is evidently bugged I looked myself the walls do not have a green HP bar and alliance cannot get any siege vehicles, so I suggest you reporting it here, http://forum.pandawow.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=203 if you want these items really badly.
