Banner and dots

Issue:

 

* Can't apply dots on the banners & http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=32379

 

* Can't apply http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=44614, http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=116, http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=133

 

* BUT! Frostbolt should not grant you http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=76613 if it hits banners or totems

 

In other words, you can't cast spells on banners

 

What should happen:

 

* Should be able to apply dots & http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=32379

 

* All offensive spells should go through. Castable spells, instant, aoe... everything should hit the banners

 

* Frostbolt/FFB should not grant http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=76613 on totems/banners

All listed bugs are fixed.

 

Also http://db.pandawow.me/?spell=76613 now won't stack icicles on totems/banners.

 

Will be applied after update.
