W****ne Global on rejuv. (Spell 3)

 

 

As you can see the globals are really smooth and reduced by 0,5 seconds

 

Now Ive recorded the same thing (spamming the same spell) on Pandawow.

 

 

You can clearly see that on Pandawow you have a regulary delay from 1 second

 

You can also simply play that video in 0,25x or 0,5x to better see whats going on.

 

To be clear, this spell's global cooldown is reduced by 0,5 seconds.
