* Stop casting removes the debuff

 

* Moving removes the debuff

 

* Instant cast doesn't remove the debuff

I am pretty sure it should .. gonna try to look for an proof but i think it should get consumed. Not sure tho

nvm. it should increase the gcd, im just retarded. i just thought it was weird af, but i know why lol. its cause instant casts doesnt remove the debuff, so it felt really weird spamming lance and it taking 2000 years xD

 

you can edit ur comment and just say its fixed now
