Gnomish engineering retake bug

1. Quest : Gnomish Engineering

2. Problem : When you once complete this quest you cannot change it to goblin, For example : If I already have learned goblin engineering and when I change faction Horde to Alliance I cannot retake gnomish engineering I was trying to unlearn goblin engineering but it doesn't work then I was trying to unlearn engineering and retake quest but it still doesn't work.

It is, and will forever be bugged. You cannot re-learn goblin nor gnomish engineering on a character if you already had either goblin or gnomish. This is, unfortunately, a Russian-hosted server.
