Frozen Orb bug

2. When you use frozen orb while you are really close to someone you will get your http://www.db.pandawow.me?spell=112965/fingers-of-frost from the 2nd hit (from orb)

3. You should get it from the first hit (on Pandawow --> If you use Frozen orb while you are abit on range from your target, you will get the proc and it works as intended, just not when you are standing ontop of him)

Huh ? Nah idk what you meant with the 15% proc but thats not my point xD The bug is :

Thats how it should be ! Thats how it is right now on pandawow if you are FAR AWAY FROM SOMEONE. Try to stand next to your enemy or INSIDE your enemy and use orb. It takes 2 hits from frozen orb to give you a fof proc instead of one.

When ur orb hit two targets u will get initial FoF from first hit, and u may get another FoF with 15% chance from that spell (link above) and i think its legit. I have tested it few times

Of course that is legit but that has nothing to do with my report :D. My report is that you dont get

1 proc

after your

 

First hit

When you use orb on someone who is right next to you or literally inside you.
