Mage Druid question

If you Living Bomb and then you Cyclone a target, should the explode part do damage to other players or should it be immune cause he's in Cyclone?

 

I mean... I think it would make sense to not do damage to others cause he's in Cyclone (immune to everything), but at the same time it's aoe damage... really not sure.

Please can someone confirm?

if its immune, the explosion isn't applied so there isn't any aoe dmg to be done

Ye, that's what I thought as well, but some people say otherwise... I don't know what to believe. Just want to make sure before I report it.

Shouldn't do dmg, target is immune, its like using it on a pally with bubble even tho he takes out the dots, its the same mechanic
