Developers Neff Posted February 6, 2017 Developers Posted February 6, 2017 Declined. works properly just when the ghoul isn't on 100% hp Remember from PTR 5.4.x, when i tested it and glyph didn't give any runic power when ghoul have 100% hp. So, it's not a bug.
