Deleted characters[Help]

So as you see in the title i've lost my characters, well i don't know really what is the reason ?! I had 2 heroes bought from website with bonuses and rest made by me, i've been playing well for 1-2 months aswell and then i quit playing WoW at all. After about 6 months i've logged in again and i discovered that this heroes bought from website with bonuses are deleted and only the heroes i've made aren't deleted. if any staff member can help me would be great :)

Check the "deleted characters" section on the website, if your characters are not there then some1 obviously knew your password - sold your characters and spent the bonuses.

Go at http://cp.pandawow.ru/en/game/removed.html and check if your characters are deleted. If so you can restore them with 1 bonus. Also, I want you to tell me if you ever shared any of your account information with a friend.

Well, no one knows my account information at all, the point is that i stopped playing for a few months and when i log back again there was only the normal characters

If you really had this characters in your account someone logged in and transferred your character in other account. Unfortunately, we can't help you further because characters are obviously sold but I recommend you to change your password to avoid further losses.
