I had 2 heroes bought from website with bonuses and rest made by me, i've been playing well for 1-2 months aswell and then i quit playing WoW at all. After about 6 months i've logged in again and i discovered that this heroes bought from website with bonuses are deleted and only the heroes i've made aren't deleted. if any staff member can help me would be great :) Link to comment
Lefap Posted February 18, 2017 Share Posted February 18, 2017 Check the "deleted characters" section on the website, if your characters are not there then some1 obviously knew your password - sold your characters and spent the bonuses. Link to comment

If so you can restore them with 1 bonus. Also, I want you to tell me if you ever shared any of your account information with a friend. Link to comment

Unfortunately, we can't help you further because characters are obviously sold but I recommend you to change your password to avoid further losses. Closed Link to comment
