Not fixed on 25 Player

 

Iron construct gets 10 stacks( Heat ) and gains ( Molten ) however when you bring the add into the cold water to actually shatter them they do not receive the buff ( Brittle ) so you can not complete the achievement on 25 player.

Brittle just doesn't work, does not get applied so you cant shatter them.

The cold water causes molten Iron Constructs to rapidly solidify, rendering them unable to act. In addition, if they are dealt more than 5000 damage during this state, they will shatter, dealing 18850 to 21150 damage to all enemies in a 0 yard radius.
