Corruption ticks has a 10% chance to make a soul shard, should Corruption ticks made by Malefic grasp too? (atm it doesn't in pwow + it doesn't heal with Siphon Life gliph) Edited February 27, 2017 by Leffap

they are counted as corruption dmg:

As u can see, its counted as Corruption dmg when malefic grasp does dmg, so this dmg also should active the Siphon heal and have the 10% chance to get soul shards too.

find a proof on some retail forums , just google it , when u find something you are going to have real proof and then they can fix it.
