The Lurker Above Achievement

4. In order to summon this boss, we need to Fishing him from (Strange Pool) contained in (Serpentshrine Cavern), but when you try to fish it says "You can't use that here" and you are not able to fish inside the raid.

 

5. Should be able to fish from the Strange Pool and after some tries the boss should show up so we can kill him, get an achievement (The Lurker Above) and the loot.

7. Realm: x100

 

8. 7/10, because the achievement (http://www.db.pandawow.me?achievement=1516/accomplished-angler) from this boss is needed to the "Salty" title and probably someone would like to use the items he drops for transmog.
