Are you talking about WoD or Season 15? Didn't read the thread so.... But Season 15 was balanced as fuck... Literally every comp was sick and could win - hence LSDv2 randomly winning Blizzcon (even though there were fuck all high LSDv2's 2.8+ usually). EVERY class had a tier 1 comps that would be expected to stop everything else, so.. Season 15 was actually my favourite pvp season in terms of gameplay

There's always something to change, always something imbalanced, even though s15 was good. BoS was retarded, Paralytic was retarded, DK having 200 trinkets was retarded, healing stream/tide totem was retarded, warrior mobility was retarded, Ret didn't do anything outside of burst. List goes on.

 

You can always change stuff in an expansion to make it better. That's why I made the thread.

With two charging shadowstep there would be no one who uses sprint, except of the retards who doesn't give a fuck for the energy pool.

 

Cold blood thingy would make eviscerate literally crit up to 180k if not more when done correctly

Actually eviscerate SHOULD do 175k crits in arenas with proc trinket+using trinket+1 steel proc+clock chant proc+prey on the weak talent on the target, even without the talent that Repitchx suggested.

Rogues did that damage in s15 on the retail. But here they don't. Idk why, but it is.

It's just his suggestion, I believe he has the same ones for another class as well, but since he's a rogue as a mane, so he suggested for rogues.

Destruction warlocks can kill you through your saves with their insane damage, but no one whines at them cuz the Chaos bold is casting like entire life.

his suggestion about the coldblood just makes rogues burst more painfull on the dks and warriors. other classes can avoid rogues during their bursts with some actions, you just don't know which ones, so you think it's kinda IMBALANCE as instant.

Actually 30 secs is fine, the ironskin has the same coolddown, why would offense one cooldowns more? no matter.

Probably you have never been caught by rogue with these procs on and the talent used. So - lucky for you.

But i can prove this damage, if you that hardly believe it had been possible.

All characters are having the same resilience. 77% without trinket's set bonus, which gives you 3% additional resilience. This way - gear DOESN'T MAKE ALMOST NO SENSE. Except for above mentioned and armor damage reducing.

The screenshot has been captured on the 2.6mmr during the middle of the 15 season, which means EVERYONE had fullgear playing those mmrs.

^ Don't mind him, he even stucks on lowrating on a private server. According to his game knowledge he might be around 1.6k Pandawow xp, am i right behindqq? Yes we know that demo is currently bugged and trying to find the reason ... Seems like Pet dmg is by far too op atm, soul fire is getting fixed already

warrior:

 

defensive stance reduced to 15% damage reduction (down from 25%) and your damage is reduced by 10%

glyph of heroic leap removed

buff mortal strike by 15-20% (6 sec cd, it makes sense)

nerf slam by 15-20%

remove mobility part from safeguard

remove charge stun

put shockwave and stormbolt on same tier

give back stance requirements for abilities. was a huge skillcap

 

affliction:

 

remove howl of terror or put it back on lvl 30 tier

agony & UA reduced by 15% damage

UA dispel can no longer crit

Glyph of Unstable Affliction: Unstable Affliction will always crit and dispel damage increased by 10%, but no longer silence.

haunt 12 sec cd, increases dot dmg by 50% (up from 35% to compensate for the nerf above), all damage done to the target while haunt is up, is returned back to the warlock as healing, lasts 6 sec (no battle fatigue). This is wotlk/cata haunt. never been better.

soul swap mana cost increasted by 30%, 20 second cooldown

soul burn soul swap dotting removed (insta dotting people is not healthy for the game)

reduced mana cost for fel flame by 20%

blood horror removed or reduce the duration to 15/30 seconds (down from 1 minute).

unbound will removed. replaced with something else reasonable

Gateway cooldown increased to 1.5/2 min cd

 

 

rogue (even tho i covered it already, ill just write something again)

 

nerf evisc by 10%

buff ambush by 5%

buff backstab by 10-15%

buff hemo by 10-15%

change shadow blades. gives only extra combo points, or, only shadow damage.

feint cost increased to 30 energy (up from 20)

glyph of blind baseline

glyph of hemorrhaging veins baseline

dirty tricks baseline (gouge only)

shadowstep baseline

lvl 60 tier:

 

talent1: 2 charges of shadowstep

talent2: burst of speed on 40 sec cd that break all snare & root effects

talent3: sprint cd is now 30 sec (down from 1 min) and makes you immune to slow effects for 4 seconds

remove pray on the weak or tweak it to only affect some abilities

remove paralytic poison

 

just some stuff. nerfed the burst (20% in total on evisc if you take pray on the weak, but rogues will have more sustain. that was always the issue with rogue. you have shit sustain.

 

 

ret:

 

holy avenger redesigned

 

passive: increases your damage by 30%

 

holy avenger is disabled while avenging wrath is active

 

We all know that the burst from ret is retarded as hell, but their sustain is actually terrible. so just changed it a little to have less burst, more sustain.

 

would be so fun to just change the game. this is just something that i thought of. could always do it with every class and see how it would go. just a fun thread, don't take this in a serious way.

 

this will never happen anyway, SO DON'T TAKE IT SO SERIOUS, JUST FOR FUN

I would change holy avenger so instead of giving you 3 holy power per holy power generator it will be a passive that replaces inquisition and gives you 40%(up from 30%) increased holy damage, 10% increased crit while reducing wings' damage by 10%(was 20%, healing stays the same for ret)
