Most players play with 30-60MS, therefore MS is not the issue, hence its a server sided problem Patching this will bring a lot of players back because many people quit panda Wow because of the way it changes a players play style. Fixing up the way spells line up with each other will make a huge difference in the game play itself. Panda Wow has several huge bugs but removing this one will make a huge difference considering it will make game play smoother and therefore the other bugs which are being detected will be able to be fixed prior.
