1. Spell Lock (Felhunter) / Optical Blast (Observer)

2. The spell doesn't counter the enemy's spellcast, it doesn't prevent any spell from that school of magic from being cast for 6 sec. It only works like a blank cs (or priest silence) for 3 sec, even when used on enemy spellcast.

3. The spell should counter the enemy's spellcast, preventing any spell from that school of magic from being cast for 6 sec.

6. 9/10. It only gives warlocks with pet a blank cs, instead of an interrupt.
