You have no proof that the Pala he used necrotics on had 80% resillience. He could have easily weared PvE trinkets since u could just transfer ur char on PTR. So where is YOUR proof sir ? I'm not saying that im 100% sure that it should be like that but u guys talk like uve a waterproof proof which you don't so stop claiming ur right and not accepting any other solutions. I tested everything you guys said and yeah if you show me that the pala had 80% resil at the time where neff used necrotics on him sure, ill believe you. Also PvE gear was for free on PTR back in the days. "its ptr" Imagine, even on PTR there was a time u had 75% resillience :confused: . Played it long enough ^^ Anyways not saying im 100% right but i at least found some comments etc from 2014 and u just linked a screen from a pala where you claim that he had 80% resillience. This calculations was posted in March 2014 and in this situation all i can is prove you that players on ptr could have 80% resilience at that time (just look my report about Wrathguard http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=213771 - Warlock on ptr has 80% res. and these screens were made in February 2014).
