hello, here rain stops doing dmg:

 

 

mage stun --> u stop seeing starfall visual/dmg on the enemies, as u can see there was 4s left for its duration before he get stunned, during this 4s under stunn Starfall did stop, but when the dudu left the mage stun the rain keep doing dmg.

 

The starfall buff doesn't disappear it just stop doing dmg while under cc, but if the dudu trinkets or gets out of cc the dmg keep going, as reptich said.

this report seems to be correct, they don't lose the starfall buff, it just stops doing dmg if cc but keeps going after cc

starfall clearly stops doing dmg when dudu gets under 4s cc from mage, but it keeps doing dmg when he gets out of cc, like you said

I don't know. I didn't play boomy in mop. But out from the video you linked, the zoomed in, so you can't see if it does damage while he's CC'd. I think Deep Freeze faded, so I think it shouldn't do damage in CC.

you can, the starfall visual stops and u don't see the dmg ticks, but the dmg and the visual appears again once the mage stun ends.

 

If u focus on starfall visual, it stops for like 3s to 4s and then it keeps going

Starfall doesn't do any dmg till the 3/4s of mage stun are gone, u can see it clearly in the video, the visual of starfall appears like 4s after he used it due to the mage stun:

the dudu has starfall buff before getting stun, but we don't see any dmg/visual till 4s, which is the duration of mage stun.
