Ok soo, i have troubles playing RGB and cant kite or get away from fights

 

what class should i do with numbers and kiting / survivability? Not hunter

elemental shaman?

or any other ranged but not Hunter

Well, I would have suggested Paladin which has great survivability, but since you're looking for a ranged class, then I suggest going with elemental shaman, the off heal is great!

Balance is the easiest class for RandomBG to play with. And this is not interesting at all. But OP wants a range class with good survivability, so, there's only the druid that has it.

 

Warlock?

Destro has lots of damage, but cannot get away from more than two melee.

Affli just has no survivability at all, when it is alone.

Demo is something between the destro and the affli, but you still cannot get away from the dk/rogue/hunter. even if he's alone.

 

Mage

It has no survivability at all. Block doesn't save you for instant. It just gives you eight seconds before you die.

You can get away from the dk/rogue, but not from the hunter. His pet won't let you mount up. The only way - RoF them both and moun up as fast as you can manage. others class doesn't make any troubles to get away from.

 

elemental shaman?

Well, it has the biggest amount of survivability among the ranges, right after the Boomy, but you cannot run away from the melee who's chasing you.

Actually, the ele is most useful when no one plays him. You just flame shock everything and spam lava in your current target. If you under pressure, you can just heal nonstop and spam instant lava. But this isn't the best way to enjoy the game.

 

So, the decision is upon you. Still.

Also i could advise you a SP, but it is the hardest range, that exist atm. So, forget about it.

But most enjoyable, as for me, is frost.

Wrong. Fire survivability is non existent after your DB. As frostmage you can at least play with Ring of frost or iceward and blazing speed + Petnova. These 2 talents are locked for every firemage who wants to do damage.

The cc is not the basement for the survivability, I meant tanking or smth like that, as a mage you just cannot live under the 2 melees if you don't run the whole day long.

Mages have only the Glyph for the Evocation, with the 5th tier talent it could be called as a "heal", but still you cannot do that under pressure, so this doesn't count as "survivability".

The thing, that you meant, is called "mobility". That's different.
