Scammed Account (Sold Characters Without My Permission)

Hello. Here is my problem. Yesterday i logged in into my account and realized that two of my main characters are gone.. Is there any way someone get them back to my character. I know all the information for these characters. You can ask me all about them ill answer you. Im so upset right know.. All these gears, mogs, mounts again.. Btw Didnt gave to nobody my acc information.

Then it means you've been hacked, so if the characters had been sold, no one will get then back to you.

Check the deleted chars, if they're deleted - you still can resotre them for one bonus

if they are not in "Deleted Characters", maybe they sold them.
