I killed heroic dark shamans and obtained the item http://www.db.pandawow.me?item=105751/korkron-shamans-treasure 4. There is nothing to help solve this problem as the box itself is bugged. 5. http://imgur.com/a/WOLGJ P.S I did not BUY this item as you can see from the screenshot ( apparently it is hard for some people to not look ) I did not DONATE for this item either. You should report the bug here and wait developers look at it. Now, regarding your issue we can't restore the items because you obtained them in-game and our policy is different. Closed
