2. Proc chance is way too high, it almost procs everytime u use it. Sometimes you even get 3 procs when you use it on yourself idk how lol, seems like even seconds after you cast it, it grants a proc

3. Should be 15% + should only grant a proc when you cast that.

seems like even when it heals nothing it grants a proc (you can see that i get a proc without it healing anything

 

1. surge of light should proc from casting spells, not healing

2. we alrdy discussed 100 times that when people report that something chance is too high you first need to make a test with at least 50 trials, then post a report

10\10 is smth that crucially affects balance, like demo dmg, not when spell (ranked around fifth in rotation) from 10 grant +30% proc chance. I'd give it an 8\10

 

and by participating in QA team it's your duty to test reports because you volunteered

Yep you are. Sorry for not articulate myself properly i'm having a hangover right now after 5 hours of sleep and only reportet that because repitch asked me to.

 

Yes it's a 10/10 to get 2 + procs whenever you want. Won't discuss the priority further here because i cba talking to biased player.

Obviously you hardly do arena above the 1500 bracket where people have no idea what they are doing or playing, it procs a retarded amount and fyi on pandawow priests use divine star on cooldown for these procs.

this fix slightly affect priest cuz right now star still tends to dissapear

they remove rpocs=they fix star return

 

I love you marry me XD (Yes hes right, it tends to disappear and it does not proc 100% of the time you use it. But yeah what can i say its a PServer)

Seems like even if you hit multiple players, you seem to never get many procs. The trick with Divine Star was to heal multiple players and you would get procs. Atm, I healed 4 players on PTR and I got 0 procs at all. It took me maybe 12 times to get 1 proc.

 

But its at least not as retarded as it was, but now it's useless.

Milorad says that it should proc after cast, you say that should on hit. I think on hit too.

 

Uhm.. You didn't quite understand what I said. When the orb flies out, it should heal/damage everyone in its path ONCE only, when it flies back it should heal/damage everyone again.

^ You can see that orb healed 4 times on 1 target, when it should heal only TWICE (once when it flies infront and once when it comes back.)

 

**and of course it should proc THE HEAL ON CAST. It should never have 100% proc chance, it should always be 15%, IT SHOULDN'T have 100% proc chance on cast.
