Spell que is still bugged, http://forum.pandawow.ru/showthread.php?t=215088&p=1283637#post1283637 server has been updated, and few hours later people are already complaining about this.

 

Spellque bug: After some time, you cannot use spells/abilities anymore, it's really game breaking, only way to fix this is to LOG OUT AND LOG BACK IN. Remove this fix from live pandawow as soon as possible. If this happens in arena/bg/anywhere, people are going to be VERY mad.

 

I don't even know why this was updated on live pandawow when we informed everyone from dev team that this IS STILL NOT FIXED.

I'd suggest to fix it asap on PTR, let us test and confirm and apply it on live instead of just disabling it.
